      日前，本人应邀参加了海亲会组织的将于2017年12月6日至10日在北京国际展览中心举办的“第三届国际文化产业投资洽谈会”的筹备会，了解了相关信息，现将相关内容分享与大家——方便大家的报名、参与。

          导言

       为贯彻落实国家文化产业振兴规划政策，有力推动我国文化产业的投资发展、加强我国文化产业的国际投资与交流合作，充分发挥文化在“一带一路”国家重大战略中的积极作用，由国家发改委国际合作中心创始主办的国际文化产业投资洽谈会（简称：“文洽会”）已经成功举办两届，为进一步发挥文洽会的作用，国际文化产业投资洽谈会组委会决定于2017年12月6至10日在北京国际展览中心举办“2017第三届国际文化产业投资洽谈会”。
      文化产业已经成为我国国民经济支柱产业，其巨大的发展潜力已成为推动当前我国经济发展的一大动力。此次大会的召开，必将有效促进我国文化产业的投资发展，扩大我国文化事业的国际影响力。
      大会将汇聚各国政府部门、文化团体、金融机构、企业集团等各界人士来华交流，营造多种文化的国际投资契机与合作前景，拖动世界多边文化的交流及投融资服务，构建一个高层次的中国对外文化投资、交流的国际平台。
      会议将大力鼓励国内各级地方政府和企业实体参与文化投资项目的展示、发布及推介活动，并为他们的项目投融资提供全方位的竭诚服务。

会议内容

1、展览展示：组织世界各国、全国各地优秀文化项目参展。对参展的项目进行图文并茂的立体展示，为投融资机构提供具有投资价值的文化产业投资项目。
2、投资洽谈：组织国内外各类投资机构对参展的文化投资项目进行展阅、评估分析，为其确立投资意向和确定投资项目提供服务嫁接；安排项目建设单位与投融资机构对话专场，组织一对一投资对接洽谈。为投资双方的合作、洽谈提供会前会后的有益帮助和有效的跟踪服务。
3、峰会论坛：组织国内外高端文化投资专家、金融专家等对国际文化产业的投资政策进行解读，帮助文化实体找准发展机遇、策划优秀项目、促进项目投、融资的成功。

Introduction
To vigorously promote investmentsinto China's cultural industry andto strengthen international exchanges and cooperation, the International Cultural Industry Investment Symposium, sponsored by the National Development and Reform Commission, has been successfully held twice. Complying with the major national strategy of The Belt and Road Initiative, "B&R", the organizing committee of the symposium have decided to hold "The 3rd International Cultural Industry Investment Symposiumof 2017" (hereinafter referred to as: "Wen Qia hui") fromDecember6-10,2017 in the BeijingInternational Exhibition Center.
China’s cultural industry has become one of the pillar industries of the national economy. Its tremendousdeveloping potential has become a driving force for China's economic development. The convening of this conference aims to effectively promote the investment and development of China's cultural industry and to expand the international influence of our culture.
